In-House CME, LLC is committed to providing a respectful, professional, and equitable learning environment for all participants in our continuing medical education activities, whether delivered online, on-demand, or in person.
We strictly prohibit discrimination, harassment, or bullying against any individual based on age, ancestry, color, disability or handicap, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, appearance, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
This policy applies to all CME-related communications and interactions, including spoken, written, electronic, visual, chat-based, and platform-based exchanges.
All participants, faculty, planners, moderators, staff, and affiliated individuals are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and respect, refrain from discriminatory or harassing behavior, use online tools such as chat, Q&A, polls, and discussion boards appropriately, and follow moderator guidance to maintain a safe learning environment.
Anyone who experiences or observes conduct that may violate this policy is encouraged to report the concern to In-House CME, LLC at privacy@inhousecme.com, and all reports will be reviewed promptly and appropriately, with retaliation for good-faith reporting strictly prohibited.
Violations of this policy may result in corrective action, including removal from an educational activity, restriction of access to online platforms, or other measures deemed necessary to preserve a safe and respectful learning environment.
