There is almost no room for opinion in coding.  Almost every coding question has one correct answer from an appropriate source.  There is almost no room for “I heard” or “This person said” in coding and compliance.  Too many providers commit errors and fail audits as a result of using inappropriate sources to guide their coding and documentation.  This session will share the appropriate references for ICD-10-CM codes, CPT® codes,, and HCPCS Level II codes.  The appropriate references for coverage criteria and documentation requirements will be shared as well.  Never again commit the errors that result from performing online searches for information that should be gleaned from an official, appropriate reference!
